Refund policy
Merchandise
1. If you require a refund or exchange for purchases made online, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide full details. The easiest way to do this is to reply to your order confirmation email or by emailing [email protected]. We will then make the necessary arrangements for collection and refund/exchange - usually at a home match to save postage costs.
2. If you require a refund or exchange for purchases made in person at an MK Lightning match, please visit the Supporters Club stand at the next home game.
3. Please note that personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are found to be defective or damaged.
4. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as face masks, undergarments, and water bottles are non-refundable unless faulty.

Season Tickets (2024/25):
1. This season's ticket includes 29 games, with the exact make-up to be determined once these are agreed with the League Management Committee.
2. Normal admission prices will apply for all games not covered by the season ticket. For such games, season ticket holders will have their seat reserved until 90 minutes before face-off. However, we reserve the right to vary this period from time to time.
3. Season tickets are transferable, meaning they can be used by someone else of the same category (e.g., adult, concession, etc.).
4. Standing tickets are available, but there is no further reduction in price for these tickets.
5. In applying for a season ticket, you recognise and accept that Milton Keynes Ice Hockey Club Limited has the right to:
a. Offer special promotions during the course of the season, which may or may not alter the relative value of the season ticket.
b. Remove any section of seating or standing space from use at any time, for any reason, without penalty.
c. Reschedule season ticket games or substitute alternative fixtures.
6. An admin charge of £25 will apply to replace any lost or stolen season tickets or change locations after they are uploaded (at management discretion).
7. Existing season ticket holders have priority on renewing their existing seats until the stated date. Thereafter, all unreserved seats will be released and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. Any seat not currently held by a season ticket holder can be purchased immediately and will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. If you are a new applicant, please call Planet Ice Milton Keynes on 01908 540020, visit us in person at the arena, or email us at [email protected] to check the latest seat availability.
10. Please note that we are unable to reserve seats ahead of receiving the online purchase.
11. MKIHC will have no liability whatsoever to you or any other third party arising out of or in connection with the cancellation and/or rescheduling of any game, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment, or travel costs.
12. Season tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded after purchase.
